# 18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption Statement

## Statement

All characters on Instamora are fictional, and their images and videos are made with AI generation tools. The images and videos currently on Instamora are not sexually explicit.

The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A, and the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, apply to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Instamora's images and videos show no sexually explicit conduct, and they are generated images of fictional characters, not photographs or recordings of actual human beings. These requirements therefore do not apply to Instamora's content, and Instamora keeps no records under them.

Users cannot upload images or videos to Instamora.

## How characters are made

- Our team creates every character with image and video generation tools.
- Every character is an adult with a stated age of 18 or over.

## Minors
