## Who can report

Anyone can report content on Instamora or complain about the service. You do not need an account, and reports are free.

## Where to send a report

- Content that breaks the law or our policies, a character that looks like a real person, or an intimate image shared without consent: [abuse@instamora.com](mailto:abuse@instamora.com).
- Suspected underage use or content: [abuse@instamora.com](mailto:abuse@instamora.com). See also the [Age Policy](https://instamora.com/underage).
- Copyright notices, including DMCA notices: [dmca@instamora.com](mailto:dmca@instamora.com).
- Requests about your personal data: [privacy@instamora.com](mailto:privacy@instamora.com).
- Billing, refunds and other complaints about the service: [support@instamora.com](mailto:support@instamora.com).
- Appeals and legal notices: [legal@instamora.com](mailto:legal@instamora.com).

## What to include

- Your name and an email address where we can reach you.
- Where the content is: the page address, the character's name or a description of where you saw it.
- What the problem is. For a legal claim, tell us which law or right is involved.
- If the report is about you, enough information to show that it concerns you.

Do not send us images of minors, even to report them. Describe where you saw the content instead.

## What happens next

- We confirm that we have received your report, usually within one business day, and give it a reference number.
- We decide on every complaint within 7 business days and tell you the outcome and our reasons.
- When content is unlawful, we remove it as soon as we have confirmed the report, without waiting for the 7 days to pass.
- We remove intimate images shared without consent within 48 hours of a valid request (see below).
- We handle reports about minors first. We remove the content at once and report it to the authorities where the law requires.

## Intimate images shared without consent

This process covers removal requests under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act and similar laws. If Instamora shows an intimate image or video of you that you did not agree to share, whether real or computer-generated, you or a person authorized to act for you can ask us to remove it. Send the request to [abuse@instamora.com](mailto:abuse@instamora.com) and include:

- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough);
- information that lets us find the content, such as the page address or the character's name;
- a short statement that you believe in good faith that the content shows you and was published without your consent, with any information that helps us check this;
- how we can contact you.

We remove the content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. We also make reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies on Instamora. You do not need to send an ID document.

## A character that looks like a real person

Every Instamora character is fictional, and her images are generated. No character represents a real person, and any resemblance to one is unintended.

If you believe a character looks like you or someone you represent, write to [abuse@instamora.com](mailto:abuse@instamora.com). We may ask for a photo to compare. We use the photo only for that review and delete it when the review ends. If we find a likeness, we remove or change the character.

## Copyright

If you believe that content on Instamora infringes your copyright, send a notice to [dmca@instamora.com](mailto:dmca@instamora.com) with:

- your physical or electronic signature;
- the work you believe is infringed;
- the content on Instamora that you want removed, and where it is;
- your postal address, phone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the right or are authorized to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to the material that a valid notice identifies. Someone who knowingly misrepresents in a notice that material infringes can be liable for damages. Send trademark and other intellectual property complaints to [legal@instamora.com](mailto:legal@instamora.com) with the same details.

Users cannot publish content on Instamora. The characters, their images and their profiles come from our team, so a copyright notice concerns our own material, and there is no user content to restore through a counter-notice. If a user repeatedly infringes copyright through Instamora, we close the account.

## Decisions about your account or content

If we limit, suspend or close your account, or act on your messages, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law or a safety risk prevents it.

## Appeals

If you disagree with a decision we made about a report, your content or your account, reply to our decision email or write to [legal@instamora.com](mailto:legal@instamora.com) within 30 days. Someone who did not make the first decision reviews it, and we answer within 7 business days. You can also take the matter to a court or to the authorities in your country.

## Complaints about the service

Send complaints about billing, a refund, a feature or how we treated you to [support@instamora.com](mailto:support@instamora.com). We decide within 7 business days. For refunds, see [Billing, Subscriptions and Refunds](https://instamora.com/refunds).

## Misuse of this process

We may reject reports that are clearly unfounded or made in bad faith, and we may stop accepting reports from someone who keeps sending them. Knowingly false notices can have legal consequences.

## Authorities

Law enforcement and other authorities can reach us at [legal@instamora.com](mailto:legal@instamora.com). We answer in English.
