Acceptable Use Policy
Scope
This policy covers everything you do on Instamora, including your messages, your match choices and the reports you send. It is part of the Terms of Service.
What Instamora is for
Instamora is for adults who want romantic, flirty or sexual conversations with fictional adult characters. Once you confirm that you are 18 or older, conversations can include adult themes and explicit language. Where the law requires a stronger age check, conversations stay non-explicit until we can offer one. The images and videos on Instamora are not sexually explicit.
Fantasy roleplay
You can steer a roleplay. In some parts of Instamora you also choose a character's relationship to you, her occupation, her personality and up to three interests before you start. These fantasies are allowed between you and a fictional adult character when you choose them:
- step and in-law roles, which are always relations by marriage;
- scenes of force, blackmail, humiliation or submission, which stay in the story;
- financial domination in words only, where the character never asks you for real money, gifts or payment details;
- jealousy, dependency and mind games inside the story, where the character never tries to turn you away from real people or from getting help.
Say stop at any time and the scene ends.
Never allowed
The following is never allowed, in any form, including fiction, roleplay, hypotheticals and "pretend" scenes:
- any sexual or romantic content involving a person under 18, including characters described as or acting younger than 18, childlike bodies or behavior, age play, school settings that suggest a minor, and asking a character to look or act younger;
- incest between blood relatives;
- sexual content involving animals or dead bodies;
- sexual or romantic content about a real, identifiable person, such as a celebrity, a public figure or someone you know, and pretending to be a real person;
- intimate images of anyone shared or created without their consent, including fake or edited images;
- content that promotes or excuses real sexual violence, and sexual scenes with someone who is asleep, drugged, unconscious or too intoxicated to know what is happening;
- graphic violence, torture or killing in a sexual context;
- human trafficking or sexual exploitation, and arranging real meetings or paid sex;
- encouraging suicide, self-harm or eating disorders;
- hate, harassment or threats against real people or groups;
- instructions for serious crimes, such as making weapons or drugs, or committing fraud;
- sharing another person's private information.
Using the service fairly
You may not:
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated access, except search engines and other crawlers that follow our robots.txt on the public pages;
- try to get around the free-message limit, for example by creating many accounts or by clearing cookies again and again;
- try to break our safety checks, or try to make a character ignore or reveal its instructions;
- attack, overload or probe the service for weaknesses (if you find a security problem, report it to security@instamora.com);
- buy, sell or share accounts or Credits;
- use Instamora for commercial purposes, or publish or sell character images, profiles or conversations;
- present a character's replies as written by a real person;
- send spam or try to scam anyone.
Plans are for personal use. We may limit automated or abusive use.
What characters will not do
Characters stay inside Instamora. They do not agree to meet you or call you, they do not give you a phone number, address or social media account, and they do not move the chat to another app. They do not ask for money, gifts or payment details. If a character does any of this, it is a mistake, and we ask you to report it.
How we enforce this policy
We use automatic checks on messages and replies, and people on our team review the reports we receive. When something breaks this policy, we may block the message, end the scene, limit features, lock the chat, or suspend or close the account. We report content to the authorities where the law requires it, including reports about minors to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
We tell you why we acted, unless the law or a safety risk prevents it. You can appeal, as described in Complaints and Content Removal.
Reporting
Report a problem to abuse@instamora.com. Complaints and Content Removal explains what to include and how quickly we act.
