What is Instamora?
Instamora is an 18+ web app for romantic one-on-one chats with fictional characters played by AI. You pick a character and start a conversation with her in your browser. There is nothing to install, and the site is in English.
Is Instamora free?
You can send 10 messages free without an account, shared across all characters. A new account gets 10 promotional Credits once, which covers 5 replies. After that, every reply costs Credits. Premium lowers the cost per reply.
How much does Instamora cost?
Instamora Premium is $15.99 a month or $119.88 a year, paid upfront. Replies cost 1 Credit with Premium, compared with 2 Credits without it. Monthly Premium includes 100 promotional Credits per paid period. A membership with one character is $12.99 a month. Credit packs cost $10, $25 and $50 for 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 Credits. Prices are in US dollars. The pricing page lists every price.
What are Credits?
Credits are what you spend inside Instamora. A reply costs 2 Credits, or 1 Credit with Premium. One photo costs 649 Credits and a set of four costs 2,199. Promotional Credits are used before purchased ones. Credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
Do I need an account?
Not for your first 10 messages. You can keep chatting and buy Credits without registering. Guest purchases stay in this browser. Sign in to use your conversations and purchases on another device.
What happens after the free messages?
When the free messages run out, buy Credits or create a free account for 10 promotional Credits, enough for 5 more replies. Premium lowers the cost per reply.
Are the characters real people?
No. Every Instamora character is a fictional adult played by AI. No character represents a real person, and any resemblance to one is unintended. No person writes her replies. A character can't meet you in person or move the chat to another app.
Is Instamora only for adults?
Yes. Instamora is for people 18 and over, and you confirm your age before your first message. Where the law requires age verification, conversations use a stricter content setting until verification is available there. If someone tells a character they are under 18, the conversation stops.
Is my chat private?
We store the messages you send so the conversation can continue. Our product analytics record steps such as opening a page or reviewing an offer. If you allow it, Google Analytics counts visits to some of our public pages. Neither gets your message text or payment card details. Don't share sensitive personal or financial information in a chat. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Can I delete my conversations or my account?
To have your conversations or your account deleted, email privacy@instamora.com. Write from the address linked to your account, so we can find it. Guest chats are tied to a cookie in your browser, so clearing your cookies removes your access to them.
How do I cancel a plan?
USDT plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. Checkout shows how long your plan lasts.
Can I get a refund?

Where is Instamora available?
Instamora works in any modern browser and is in English. Some places have laws that require age verification on adult sites. There, conversations follow a stricter content setting until verification is available.
Can I talk to more than one character?
Yes. Each character has her own conversation, and you can switch between them. The 10 free messages are shared across all characters, so starting a new chat doesn't reset them.
Does she remember what I told her?
She sees the recent part of your conversation and picks up some details you mention, such as your name or what you like. Your chat history stays with your account, so the conversation is still there when you come back.
Is there an Instamora app?
No. Instamora works in the browser on your phone or computer. On most phones you can add it to your home screen from the browser menu.
Can characters send photos?
Some characters have photos you can unlock with Credits: 649 Credits for one photo or 2,199 for a set of four. Unlocked photos stay in your library. Personalized images and video calls aren't available yet.
How do I report a problem?
To report a chat, a character or someone who seems to be under 18, email abuse@instamora.com and tell us what happened. The character's name and the time help us find the conversation. Account and billing questions go to support@instamora.com, and security issues to security@instamora.com.
